As such, state law requires that we have a valid Texas Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (available below) on file for each customer, hereinafter "you", prior to accepting your order regardless of the state in which your company operates.
- We will gladly extend Net 30 Days terms to all qualifying customers (applicatiton available below). We reserve the right to refuse credit to anyone for any reason. If your account becomes past due, we reserve the right to revoke any previously extended credit terms and place your account on C.O.D.
- We will gladly accept your Visa or Mastercard for purchases.
- We will gladly accept your advance payment for purchases. Company/personal checks must be drawn on U.S. banks, and must clear our bank before merchandise ships.
- All returns must be authorized in advance, and must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained by contacting your sales representative. We reserve the right to assess a 15% (minimum $25.00) re-stocking fee for each return.
