Texas Sales Tax Exemption Certificate Texas law requires that we charge sales tax on all orders unless we have on file for your business one of the two state-issued Tax Exemption Certificates below, regardless of the state in which your business is located. Please note that the Texas Comptroller's office does not recognize the Tax Exempt Certificates of other states.* As such, we must have one of the two certificates below on file for your business to exempt your purchases from sales tax, regardless of the state in which your business is located. |
